This program marks the beginning of a new chapter in our professional training activities, offering participants structured, high-quality education under the supervision of certified and experienced European instructors.

Duration: 6 consecutive weeks
Schedule: 4 sessions per week
Session Length: 3 hours per class

Terms & Conditions of Teddy Bear Training Academy By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions: 1. Nature and Purpose of the Courses The training programs are delivered under officially recognized adult vocational training standards in Luxembourg. Their purpose is to develop participants’ professional and technical skills in hairdressing. The Academy does not guarantee job placement after the course. Course content may be adjusted based on group progress. 2. Attendance & Punctuality Participants must attend all sessions. Missing more than 20% of total hours results in no certificate. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as absence. Mobile phone use is allowed only with instructor approval. 3. Tuition Fees & Payments Full payment must be completed before the course starts. Late or incomplete payment may result in suspension or cancellation. Withdrawals after the start of the course are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (illness, relocation, official causes). 4. Certificate Conditions A Teddy Bear Academy Certificate is awarded only upon: Attendance of at least 80% of total hours Passing both theoretical & practical final exams Respecting conduct & classroom rules Participants who fail the exam may retake it for an additional exam fee. 5. Discipline, Hygiene & Professional Conduct Personal hygiene and appropriate work clothing are mandatory. Any offensive or unprofessional behavior leads to warnings or expulsion (without refund). Tools must be used only under supervision; participants are responsible for damage caused by misuse. 6. Image Rights & Training Materials Photos and videos may be taken during training for educational and informational purposes. Participants who do not consent must notify the Academy in writing. Training materials may not be shared without written authorization. 7. Personal Data & Privacy All personal data are protected according to GDPR regulations. The Academy will not share data with third parties unless required by law. 8. Financial Aid Responsibility Applications for financial aid (ADEM / INFPC) are the responsibility of the participant or employer. The Academy may provide guidance but is not responsible for delays or rejection of funding. 9. Schedule Modifications or Cancellations In case of unforeseen circumstances (public holidays, technical issues, illness), sessions may be rescheduled without additional charge.
